4. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping Policy: We will ship products to the address you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipment of our products to your location is legal. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited (e.g., Idaho, etc.).
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Cali Vybz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or seized packages once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.
5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to "vybe" with our products, but if you are unsatisfied, the following terms apply:
Eligibility: You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Consumables: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened consumables (flower, edibles, oils) unless they are defective.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cali-vybz.com.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cali Vybz or its content suppliers.
Brand Guidelines: The "Cali Vybz" logo, including the custom wordmark and "Surf Van" iconography, are proprietary trademarks. You strictly may not:

Disproportionately scale or alter the text of the logo.
