At Cali Vybz, we are dedicated to bringing the "classic California lifestyle" directly to your door. We strive to ensure your products arrive safely, discreetly, and in a timely manner so you can start "vybing" as soon as possible.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday.
High Volume: During product drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your "California experience".
2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We utilize major carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS) to ensure reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our distribution center.
Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with a nondescript return address. There is no external branding that indicates the contents are hemp or cannabis-related products.
3. AGE VERIFICATION ON DELIVERY (21+)
In compliance with federal and state regulations regarding hemp and vape products, Cali Vybz enforces strict age verification.
Adult Signature Required: Packages containing vape products or certain hemp derivatives may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
ID Check: The carrier may ask to see a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm the recipient is 21 years of age or older. If no one is available to sign, the package will not be left at the door.
4. SHIPPING INSURANCE & RISK OF LOSS
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all items purchased from Cali Vybz are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Transfer of Liability: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you (the customer) once we hand the package over to the shipping carrier. Cali Vybz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or seized in transit.
Route Protection (Highly Recommended): We strongly encourage all customers to purchase Shipping Insurance (e.g., Route) at checkout.
With Insurance: If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim for a strictly hassle-free replacement or refund.
Without Insurance: If you opt out of shipping protection, Cali Vybz is not liable for delivery issues once the package leaves our facility, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost/stolen packages.
5. STATE RESTRICTIONS
We strictly adhere to federal and state laws. While our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, certain states have specific restrictions on Delta-8, THCA, or other hemp derivatives.
We Do Not Ship To: We currently do not ship products to the following states due to local regulations (list subject to change): Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Utah.
Order Cancellation: If you place an order with a shipping address in a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund without notice.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from info@cali-vybz.com containing your tracking number.
Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Stalled Packages: If your tracking has not updated in over 5 business days, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failure to sign for the package, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
No Refunds on Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customer error.
8. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your products arrive damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
