Return Policy

We want you to "vybe" with our products, however, we understand that sometimes a product may not work out. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair process for all our customers.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order #) is required to complete your return.
Late Returns: If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (CONSUMABLES)
Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our community, we generally do not accept returns on consumables once they have been opened or if the factory seal is broken. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:
Opened Flower, Pre-rolls, or Dabs.
Opened Edibles (Gummies, Chocolates, etc.).
Used Vaporizers or Cartridges (due to hygiene/sanitary reasons).
Gift Cards and Sale/Clearance items.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (DOA)
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Reporting Process: Email us at info@cali-vybz.com with your Order Number and a clear photo or video of the damage/defect.
Resolution: If verified as defective, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
4. SHIPPING INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance (such as Route) at checkout.
With Insurance: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and you purchased shipping protection, we will replace your order immediately.
Without Insurance: If you choose to opt-out of shipping insurance, Cali Vybz is not liable for lost, stolen, or seized packages once they have been handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a label was provided by us.
Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 25%) for items returned without prior authorization or items not in their original condition.
7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an unopened item for the same item (e.g., different size/flavor), you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
