 Where is my order?  Once you place an order, our team gets to work immediately. Please allow 24-72 hours for us to process and pack your items. As soon as it leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Note: If you ordered on a Friday afternoon, your package will likely ship out the following Monday.

Do you ship to my state?  We ship to most US states where hemp-derived products are legal. However, due to local regulations, we cannot currently ship to: Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Utah.

Is the packaging discreet?  Absolutely. We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers. The return label will not mention "cannabis," "hemp," or "vape." Your business is your business.

Do I need to sign for my package?  Likely, yes. Because we sell age-restricted products (21+), our shipping carriers may require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery to ensure you are of legal age.

↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?  We offer a 30-day return window for any unopened and unused products. This does not include consumable products. If the safety seal is intact, you can send it back for a refund or exchange.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Can I return opened products?  For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables (flower, edibles) or used hardware (vapes/carts) unless they are defective.

My product arrived damaged or isn't working.  That’s a buzzkill, and we’re sorry! If your item is damaged or "Dead on Arrival," please email us at info@cali-vybz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo or video of the issue, and we will get a replacement out to you ASAP.

🌿 PRODUCT INFO & SAFETY

Is this legal?  Yes. All Cali Vybz products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. They are derived from 100% USA-grown hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Will these products show up on a drug test?  Yes, it is possible. Even though our products are hemp-derived, they contain cannabinoids that can be detected by standard drug tests. If you are subject to testing for work or other reasons, we recommend you do not use these products.

How should I store my products?  To keep your products fresh and potent:

Flower/Pre-rolls: Keep in a cool, dark place (like a jar) away from direct sunlight.

Vapes/Carts: Store upright at room temperature to prevent clogging or leaking.

Edibles: Keep in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.

💳 BILLING & ACCOUNT

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Why was my card declined?  This usually happens if the billing address entered does not match the address on file with your bank. Please double-check your info. If the issue persists, contact your bank.

Do I have to be 21 to buy?  Yes. No exceptions. We utilize age verification technology at checkout. You may be asked to upload a photo ID to prove you are of legal age.
